Music4Life seeking main sponsorship 2011
Specflue announced as supporting sponsor second year running
With the news that The Music4Life festival is in advanced talks with six of the biggest bands in the UK at the moment, Specflue, a Sudbury based company decided to support the charitable music festival by becoming a sponsor again. With ties to the woodland industry and environmental stewardship Specflue also believes in Charitable causes. The Music4Life festival fits neatly into both catagories. Rob Brooks, founder of the charity said "Without sponsorship of this wholly charitabe event the music festival would not have got off the ground. We are seeking a main sponsor of the 2011 festival with an estimated audiance of 38,000 in atendance.

In an unprecedented move Suffolk businesses support the Music4Life festival.
L.A.C cleaning company, who specialise in corporate cleaning and QRazystuff.com, whose QR codes can be printed on tee-shirts etc allowing anyone with a Smartphone to scan and read QR codes with the click of a camera which lead the user to a URL both donated funds to ensure a successful festival.

Music4Life organisors met up with BBC Introducing staff at BBC Suffolk and recorded a half hour of interviews including a phone chat with event managers Jar Music. Discussions took place on Sponsors and the bands playing for this years event and some hints about 2011!!!

Eden-Rose Coppice Trust gains valuable support
The Music Industry, Council, extended Schools and youth organisations decide to raise funds for a very valuable charity, Eden-Rose Coppice Trust, a cancer charity specialising in caring for those living with terminal or serious illness. Eden Coppice Rose Trust helps people enjoy nature as a part of their care providing secure natural green spaces.

Thinking ahead
Plans are underway for the huge 2011 Music4Life music festival.
To start the process off in 2010 we are having a celebration festival on the 7th August this year at the outdoor Delphi club, Sudbury. Tickets are limited so that the team of volunteer specialists can access the requirements for 2011. Bands have been booked and licensing is in place.
